One of many perks in using JK Property Lettings is that we handle all your tenants calls. From a leaky tap, to a gas safety check, rest assured we have your back covered. All maintenance reported will not be actioned until we have made contact with you first and permission has been granted.

We also have a 24hour contact number for all tenants to use in an emergency. Protecting your property is vital in or out of office hours.

When fully managing your property we collect all rent payments for you. Leaving you to sit back, relax and enjoy the benefits of being a landlord.
